If these Terms are inconsistent with any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control to the extent of any inconsistency.īy using the Site or signing up for an account, you agree to the Terms. In addition, when you use any current or future Amazon, Audible, ACX or Site services or businesses you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements, including, without limitation, any Account Holder Agreement, Book Posting Agreement, Catalog Subscription Service Agreement, Production Standard Terms and Offer and Acceptable Policy, applicable to such services or businesses (" Additional Terms").
